Had a message today in Safari to say that the Folx extension is no longer available.

Will this be rectified?

So, two years later and the FOLX extension is not working in Safari. I've tried Mojave and Catalina. Not working. I sent and email to Eltima support and the same:

The interception will work on macOS 10.10 - 10.13 with their native old Safari browser versions which are not very convenient, thus, our developers are working hard on the solution and will do their best to include such in the next Folx updates.

Looks like we have a hard work here, two years and nothing yet.

I bought FOLX from MAS and until today I never catched any download in Safari. Would be better do not buy it. Two years. Two years and we never can catch a download from Safari.

We have certain difficulties with the Plugin functional when working with latest Safari browser version.

The interception will work on macOS 10.10 - 10.13 with their native old Safari browser versions which is not very convenient, thus, our developers are working hard on the solution and will do their best to include such in the next Folx updates.

You may please use Safari extension by right-mouse button clicking on the download link and choosing 'Download with Folx' option from the context menu.

The same answer from the same person. No matter in which year we are, the answer is the same. Did you notice that you've answered the same exact thing?

FOLX got updated yesterday and it has not been fixed yet.

Could you please answer something about when will FOLX work as stated in your website?

Eltima is selling a product that does not work in terms of digital contract. Safari users wait a fix for that because they paid for that, they paid considering the publicity of the product and its tools included in the package.

Eltima is subject to the laws of the countries where it sells the software.

Keep it in mind.

1) So, why are you offering a product that does not work as expected in Safari?

Since 2018 "the plugin function has not been fixed yet".

2) The product page says that the product can work in Safari, but it does not.

So, again, why are you offering a product that does not work as expected in Safari?

FOLX PRO, FOLX GO and GO+ (via Mac Apple Store) does not work in Safari.
