USB No Longer Functions in Windows 10 - Locked out(Read 4107 times)

I installed Flexihub to try to remotely access a USB dongle. That did not work, so I installed USB-over-ethernet.

Upon reboot of the machine, I can get into the BIOS and use the USB keyboard/mouse just fine, however, when Windows 10 starts, there is no functioning USB of any kind.

#1) Any idea how we could get into Safe Mode and get logged into Windows without working USB (machine does not have any other ways to plug in a keyboard or mouse.

#2) If we can get into Safe Mode in Windows, how can we uninstall or disable the software that is preventing Windows from recognizing our USB devices?
