I get en EXC_Guard error on startup of Commander one ever since I updated the Mac to 10.15.3.  Crash Report attached

We recommend to update your Commander One up to the latest version - 2.4.
You can download the app from the link below:

Once the app crashes again, please send us a crash report via crash reporter form.

Whaere is the crash reporter?  The original post had the crash report for 2.4.1 and MacOS 10.5.3 attached but I will send it again if I can get the way to find the crash reporter.

Freshdesk reports that I have no tickets open under dbelina  @gmail.com".

I give up.  - the app works correctly under Mac OSX 10.14 and the error seems to be related to an IOS error (swift language?) that refers to trying to open duplicate file handles.
