CloudMounter for Windows hangs on large S3 transfers(Read 2253 times)
CloudMounter for Windows hangs on large S3 transfers on: August 31, 2020, 06:15:39 PM
I'm trying out the CloundMounter for backup storage in an S3 bucket. I have several hundred gigabytes of files I want to transfer. Windows acts like it's transferring these files at warp speed when in fact it just creates zero by files over there and then locks the application up. When I force kill the process and try to reconnect to S3 again it won't connect. Is there some kind of throttling needed or is this a problem?

Thanks!

Here is the error I get. Not sure why this would happen. I have. No way it's running out of resources. 32GB RAM, 8 Cores, and at least 500GB free on the C: drive.
