USB to Ethernet Connector - Blue Screen(Read 8225 times)
USB to Ethernet Connector - Blue Screen on: March 01, 2012, 07:45:04 AM
We just purchased a 10 device license.  The device we are trying to share is basically a usb hub for recording phone calls.
http://www.algosolutions.com/products/call-recording-systems/multi-user-call-recorder/system-components/4210-ecr-shelf.html
It is essentially a 4prt hub with 4x 4prt hubs connected to it.

Currently we have 8 recorders installed.  We can share the ports in the device (shows as 2 hubs with 4 ports each) and we can add them to the remote server.  However, when we connect to more than 4 of them, it blue screens our server.

The server that is sharing the ports is win2k8 R2 x64 running v4.0 of the software.  The server consuming all 8 recorders is a win2k3 x86 enterprise hyper-v VM running on Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 SP1.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Scott

Some additional information.
The 8 recorders are showing up as 2x 4port hubs.
We can't connect to the same indexed port from either hub at the same time.

Example, if we have Hub A and Hub B, each with 4 ports (1-4).
We can connect to A1-A4, but when we connect to any port from B, we get a blue screen.
We can connect to only A1, but if we connect to B1 we get a blue screen.
We can connect to A1, B2, B3, B4, but if we connect to B1, A2, A3 or A4, we get a blue screen.
