Would you be so kind to do the following:
1) Please, try to share the USB port which is empty, connect to it from remote side. Now, plug in the device to the shared port for it to appear at a client, thus bypassing the server system. Will it connect this way?
2) Please, try to share another USB device and connect from the client PC which can not connect to the shared security dongle.
If the problem is not fixed, please provide us with information:

* Please tell us whether you was able to connect from client PC before? If yes, then what has happened before the problems occurred?
* Could you please specify your step-by-step actions, what exactly you do and where, so we can reproduce your actions and see where exactly the problem occurs.
