Bluetooth com to Serial Port on WinCE (Read 14242 times)
Bluetooth com to Serial Port on WinCE on: June 15, 2008, 12:10:13 AM
Hi
I have a Magellan MMCX logger running on WinCe ver 5.

This unit is connected by Bluetooth Serial on Com 4 to an external GPS.

A stream of data is comming from the GPS to a software package running on the logger.

I want to spy or grab this data stream and somehow get it onto Com 1 on the logger so that another software package running on the logger  can see the data stream.

Any help would be appreciated

Hello,

I would suggest you look at the Serial Splitter Mobile software by Eltima: http://www.eltima.com/products/serial-splitter-mobile/

It can allow share real serial port between several applications devices in away that all applications will receive same data from one serial port simultaneously.

To download free trial version of Serial Splitter please visit:
http://www.eltima.com/download/serial-splitter-mobile/

The bundle which you have to create is:

IN:  COM4 (real)

OUT: COM1 (real)
         COMx (virtual)
