Serial splitter software service stops responding on: October 08, 2012, 10:33:28 PM
I'm using serial splitter 5.0.125 to join 8 virtual serial ports into one (using moxa serial to ethernet adaptors). After a random amount of time (usually a couple of days) the serial devices stop responding. If i open the serial splitter software all the ports have yellow ! marks. If i restart the Eltima serial splitter service the problem is resolved.

Is there any debug files i can send to assist in fixing this issue?

Hello Damien,

1. What OS are you running?

2. When the issue occurs, do any error messages appear in Serial Splitter activity log?

3. Could you please attach a screenshot to illustrate your ports configuration in Serial Splitter?
