I'm a little unclear how to install a newer version of (OEM) VSP AX.  We are using the OEM Version 6.0.115 (VSPort.dll is 6.0.0.103).  I have downloaded this file:

which is theoretically 6.2.0.142 on a different machine from the one that I do development on. 

Do I just copy over the NT5, NT6 (that's all we're using) and VSPort.dll?  Or do I (also) have to install the package again in my compiler (C++ Builder 5)?  Or in fact do I have to install the demo version from scratch on my development machine?  I don't really want two installs on the same PC if I can help it.

Please, follow the instructions below:

1) Please remove all ports that you created by Virtual Serial Port ActiveX Control.

2) Please uninstall Virtual Serial Port ActiveX Control.

3) Reboot your computer.

4) Download the latest build of Virtual Serial Port ActiveX Control from the link, in the e-mail which you received right after order placing.

5) Install the latest build on the product on your PC.

Because it was on OEM package with our company name, it was sent to me in a Zip file.
