Ok I reproduce it,

1) You start the Serial Port Monitor and you open a session on a Port Com (Eltima Virtual Modem Pro for example).
2) You start a TAPI 3.0 application waiting for a call on this port
3) You see COM MODEM dialog on Serial Port Monitor...Fine
4) You Stop Monitoring on Serial Port Monitor  --> BSOD
