Trying to set up Google connection in Syncmate
Samsung Omnia i910 connected via USB

When entering username and password I immediately get the msg:

Cannot Connect
Make sure you entered correct username/password

My username is robertjm1 I tried it with both robertjm1 and in case that was the problem, but neither of them worked.

Is this feature only available in the Expert version?

Please note that synchronization with Google account is available in free version of SyncMate.
Please check the language (keyboard layout) and the case you type your password in.
Does the Internet connection work ok?
Do you log in successfully via browser?

You may try to change your password and to add Google connection and then to return to the old password in connection preferences.

Apparently the problem had something to do with Google Calendar. When I tried logging into calendar through Firefox it asked me whether I wanted to Add a new calendar. I did so and then it allowed me to add Google syncing to SyncMate.
